All data that we track is reportable and reports can be scheduled to run at the frequency you decide with the data elements that are important to you.

Our pharmacists work with patients to provide counseling on how to use, store and administer their medication. At the retail level, we can identify therapies that require high-touch care and have developed systems to facilitate the transfer of information between a Hy-Vee retail pharmacy and Hy-Vee Pharmacy Solutions. Once a patient is transferred to us, they have the option of picking up their medication at their local Hy-Vee store or having it shipped directly to their location of choice.
